Family Flow
This is not your average Yoga class! In this 8-week series, children and their parents can explore what “yoga” means from a new perspective: using our imaginations, exploring movement in fun and creative ways, and learning tools for calming, self-regulation, and finding balance.
Each week introduces a playful new theme – from Autumn leaves to dinosaurs, underwater adventures to safari animals – turning Yoga into an imaginative journey!
Family Flow Yoga is not about sitting still in poses; it’s about movement, laughter, connection and co-creation. Come and see for yourself how Yoga can bring joy and calm to your family’s week.
