The Craft Party

Sensory and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Crafts!
With Arzoo Rupani

Join Arzoo for a sensory craft party with your baby, and take home a craft every time!

✨Tiny hands, big feelings, little wonders ✨

The Craft Party is a mindful baby sensory and social-emotional learning workshop held at Little Words Studio.

Each 45-minute session blends sensory play, music and movement, and creative art-making for babies 0-2 years, with caregivers fully involved.

Every session is independent — no commitment required. Each visit features a new theme, fresh sensory materials, and a take-home art keepsake!

What families experience:

  • Mindful arrival + breathing ritual
  • Music and movement or sight/sound exploration
  • Sensory texture play or collaborative art
  • Take-home art keepsake (handprint/footprint tied to the theme)
  • Mindful wind-down + one parent tip for home

Grounded in early childhood research and SEL competencies (self-awareness, self-regulation, relationship skills), the program is led by Arzoo Rupani, an early childhood educator and inclusion coach.
