Mama Flow
Take a moment for yourself with this restorative yoga class designed for moms, whether you bring your baby or not. Led by a certified yoga instructor, it features gentle poses and stretches to help you recover, regenerate, and reconnect with your body—offering a challenge for those who want it while allowing you to move at your own pace.
This class is ideal for moms at least 6 weeks postpartum who have been cleared to exercise. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and you’re welcome to bring your own mat (or use one of ours!). Feel free to register for our FREE New Parent Social Hour after class, starting at 10:30am!

Summer Wellness Series
Postpartum Mama and Baby Yoga
Join Darlene Jordan on Fridays between July 10 and Aug 14 for this 6-week Wellness Series, specifically designed for Postpartum Mamas with pre-mobile babies – or just come on your own!
