Take a moment for yourself with this restorative yoga class designed for moms, whether you bring your baby or not. Led by a certified yoga instructor, it features gentle poses and stretches to help you recover, regenerate, and reconnect with your body—offering a challenge for those who want it while allowing you to move at your own pace.

This class is ideal for moms at least 6 weeks postpartum who have been cleared to exercise. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and you’re welcome to bring your own mat (or use one of ours!). Stick around after class for our FREE one-hour drop-in session at 10:30 AM.

Why we love Mama Flow:

Taking care of yourself is essential, especially for new moms. This class is all about nurturing your physical and mental well-being. Focused on pelvic floor work, core strength, and relieving tension from carrying your baby, it’s designed to make you feel supported and rejuvenated. The practice promotes self-care, self-love, and a mindful approach to recovery in the postnatal period. Whether you bring your baby or not, this class is an excellent way to honour your body and mind.

  • Registration is open until 1 hour before class.

Family Flow

In this 4-week class, children and their parents will dance, sing, and engage in imaginative play, all while secretly learning basic yoga poses and calming breathing techniques. Each class centers around a fun theme, like Jungle Safari, Airplanes, or Dinosaurs. Taught by Merve Sagiroglu, with her toddler as the “mini-assistant,” this class creates a joyful and creative space for families to bond and get active together.

Why we love Family Flow:

This class fosters imagination and movement, allowing children to learn yoga through play. By guiding kids to express their thoughts through their bodies, the class subtly introduces them to mindful practices. Parents and kids enjoy the benefits of physical activity and creative play—essential for family connection and healthy development.

Yoga FAQ

Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly, with modifications for different levels. You can always go at your own pace.

  • Bring a mat if you have one, but we have extras available. Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.

  • Socks are recommended in the studio, but you may remove them on your mat.

  • We provide resistance bands and yoga blocks as needed.

Pre-mobile babies stay on the mat near you. We provide toys, but feel free to bring comfort items like blankets or pacifiers. Babies are always beside you; we incorporate them into the practice when possible.

If the session doesn’t fill up, remaining spots may be available for drop-in at a higher rate. Pre-registration is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for missed classes. Like most scheduled programs, your registration secures your spot, whether or not you attend. Please review our liability waiver for more details.
