Mama Flow
Take a moment for yourself with this restorative yoga class designed for moms, whether you bring your baby or not. Led by a certified yoga instructor, it features gentle poses and stretches to help you recover, regenerate, and reconnect with your body—offering a challenge for those who want it while allowing you to move at your own pace.
This class is ideal for moms at least 6 weeks postpartum who have been cleared to exercise. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and you’re welcome to bring your own mat (or use one of ours!). Stick around after class for our FREE one-hour drop-in session at 10:30 AM.

Family Flow
In this 4-week class, children and their parents will dance, sing, and engage in imaginative play, all while secretly learning basic yoga poses and calming breathing techniques. Each class centers around a fun theme, like Jungle Safari, Airplanes, or Dinosaurs. Taught by Merve Sagiroglu, with her toddler as the “mini-assistant,” this class creates a joyful and creative space for families to bond and get active together.
